TUNxUSA Community Guidelines

TUNxUSA, developed by GPITECH LLC, allows users to create and share content including posts, comments, messages, and marketplace listings. To maintain a safe and respectful community, the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

• Threats or violent content

• Fraudulent or misleading marketplace listings

• Illegal products or activities

• Pornographic or explicit material

• Spam or repetitive promotional posts

Child Safety & CSAE Policy

TUNxUSA has zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving or depicting minors in sexual activities

• Sharing, uploading, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit minors

• Any activity that endangers the safety of children

Any detected or reported CSAE content will be:

• Immediately removed

• Reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

Enforcement

Users may report inappropriate content through the app. Reported content will be reviewed and may be removed if it violates these standards.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.
