These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gpitechusa.com (the “Website”), operated by GPITECH LLC (“GPITech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the Website only. Our mobile apps have their own terms, and any services we provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement.
1. About the Website
The Website provides information about GPITech's services, including website design and development, online booking and automation, mobile and custom software development, and dedicated engineering teams. It also lets you request an instant estimate, book a call with our team, and contact us.
2. Instant Estimates Are Not Offers
Prices shown by our instant estimate tool are preliminary “starting at” estimates based on the limited answers you provide. They are for general information only and:
- Are not a quote, offer, or commitment to provide services at that price
- May change based on your actual requirements, scope, timeline, and other factors
- Do not create any contract between you and GPITech
A binding price is only provided in a written proposal or agreement after we have reviewed your project in more detail.
3. No Agreement Until Signed
Using the Website, submitting an estimate request, booking a call, or communicating with us does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into an agreement. Any services we provide will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
4. Booking Calls
Calls are scheduled through a third-party scheduling service. Booking a call is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything. We may reschedule or cancel calls when necessary, and we will try to give you reasonable notice. Your use of the scheduling service is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
5. Information You Submit
When you submit information through the Website, you agree that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through our forms.
If you share ideas, feedback, or project details with us, you keep ownership of your information. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, prepare estimates and proposals, and evaluate how we can help. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Case Studies and Client Results
The Website describes projects we have completed and results our clients have reported. These are examples of past work and outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including each business's market, offering, budget, and execution. Past results do not guarantee similar results for your business. Client testimonials reflect the experience of those clients and are shared with their permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, are owned by GPITech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Website for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website's content without our written permission.
Client names, logos, websites, apps, and screenshots shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and are displayed with permission for portfolio purposes. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
8. Acceptable Use

- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or spam requests, or impersonate any person or business
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems, or other users' information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by introducing malware or overloading our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Website without our permission
We may block access or remove submissions that violate these Terms.

The Website uses and links to third-party services and websites, such as our scheduling provider, app stores, client websites, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPITech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPITech and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
These limitations do not apply to services provided under a separate signed agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPITech from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which GPITECH LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
