Effective Date: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GPITECH LLC (“GPITech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit gpitechusa.com (the “Website”), request an estimate, book a call, or otherwise contact us.
This policy covers the Website only. Our mobile apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app and its store listing.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you request an instant estimate, we collect:
- Your answers to the estimate questions (what you need, your type of business, whether you have a website, and your goals)
- The estimated packages and starting price shown to you

- Optionally, your phone number, business name, current website address, and any message you include
When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and your answers to the booking questions (such as phone number, business name, and notes). We receive a copy of these booking details, including any reschedules or cancellations.
When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you submit an estimate request, we record the date and time of the request and the page you submitted it from.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver the Website securely, such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, which may appear in server and security logs.
We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on the Website.
