• Souk Marketplace – Users may buy and sell items within the community.
• Inbox Messaging – Users may send and receive private messages with other users.
• Profile – Users can manage their personal information, privacy preferences, and notification settings.

The App is intended to support community interaction and facilitate communication between users.

 

 

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws.

You agree not to post or share content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Contains harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Violates another person's rights
• Includes spam, scams, or misleading information
• Contains explicit or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

 

 

5. Souk Marketplace

The Souk feature allows users to buy and sell items within the community.

Important terms:

• The App does not own, sell, or guarantee any items listed by users.
• Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
• The App is not responsible for disputes, product quality, payments, or delivery.

Users are responsible for verifying listings and conducting transactions safely.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate community guidelines.

 

 

6. Messaging

The Inbox feature allows users to communicate with each other.

Users agree not to use messaging for:

• Harassment or abuse
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Fraud or scams

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse messaging.

 

 

7. Faith Tools Disclaimer

Prayer times and Qibla direction are provided for informational purposes only.

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee accuracy, and users should verify prayer times and direction when necessary.

 

 

8. Location Services

The App may use location information to provide features such as:

• Prayer time calculations
• Qibla direction
• Community marketplace relevance
