The Service is operated by GPITECH LLC, doing business as Interview Land AI (“Interview Land AI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, purchasing through, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years old.

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, or your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to them on your behalf.

  • The information you provide is accurate and current.

  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

  • Your use of the Service will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, policies, and professional obligations.

Parents and legal guardians who allow a minor to use the Service are responsible for the minor’s use of the Service, including any purchases, submitted content, and compliance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require an account. You may be able to register using Google, Apple, email, or another supported authentication provider.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and device.

  • Keeping your account information accurate.

  • All activity performed through your account.

  • Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, or sublicense your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits, free trials, promotional benefits, or other account-based allowances.

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, account abuse, payment disputes, unauthorized automation, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

4. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

The Service uses artificial intelligence and may rely on third-party AI models and service providers.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances. The Service may misunderstand your speech, résumé, experience, job description, interviewer’s question, or other context.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors.

  • AI feedback represents a software-generated assessment, not an objective or authoritative evaluation.

  • Scores, ratings, suggested answers, and recommendations may differ from the views of actual employers or interviewers.

  • The Service cannot predict the exact questions that an employer will ask.

  • Questions described as real, realistic, commonly asked, company-related, or sourced from interview experiences are provided for preparation purposes and are not guaranteed to appear in an actual interview.

  • AI-generated coding solutions may contain bugs, security issues, inefficient approaches, or licensing concerns.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on or using it.

You should use your own judgment and independently verify important information.

5. No Employment Guarantee

Interview Land AI does not guarantee:

  • An interview invitation.

  • Employment, promotion, or advancement.

  • A particular interview score or outcome.

  • That an employer will accept or approve an answer.

  • That generated questions will match an actual interview.

  • That using the Service will increase your income or employment opportunities.

  • That the Service will function without interruptions during an interview.

Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your experience, qualifications, communication, preparation, the employer’s hiring criteria, market conditions, and interview performance.

The Service is an educational and productivity tool and is not an employment agency, recruiter, attorney, licensed career counselor, or professional certification provider.

6. Responsible Use During Interviews

You are solely responsible for determining whether using the Service during an interview, assessment, examination, coding challenge, or hiring process is permitted.

Some employers, interviewers, testing providers, educational institutions, or platforms may prohibit:

  • AI assistance.

  • Outside assistance.

  • Recording or transcribing questions.

  • Use of mobile devices or secondary devices.

  • Copying or submitting AI-generated answers.

  • Receiving real-time assistance.

You must obtain all permissions required before recording, transcribing, analyzing, or transmitting another person’s voice, statements, questions, image, screen, code, or confidential information.

You may not use the Service to deceive an interviewer, impersonate another person, misrepresent your qualifications, circumvent assessment rules, or violate an employer’s policies.

Interview Land AI is not responsible for disqualification, rejection, disciplinary action, termination, legal claims, or other consequences resulting from your use of the Service during an interview or assessment.

7. Recording, Microphone, and Transcription

Certain features may require access to your microphone or may process audio to transcribe speech and generate responses.

By activating these features, you represent that:

  • You have permission to record or process the relevant audio.

  • Your use complies with applicable consent and recording laws.

  • You will not record or process confidential information without authorization.

  • You understand that audio or transcripts may be transmitted to service providers for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some locations require the consent of every participant. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws applicable to you.

8. Résumés and User Background Information

You may upload a résumé and provide information concerning your education, employment history, professional experience, achievements, skills, projects, and career goals.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The information is truthful and accurate.

  • You have the right to upload and use the information.

  • The résumé does not contain another person’s private or confidential information without permission.

  • The content does not violate intellectual property, confidentiality, employment, or contractual obligations.

You should remove unnecessary sensitive information before uploading a résumé, including:

  • Social Security numbers or other government identification numbers.

  • Financial account information.

  • Medical information.

  • Passwords.

  • Precise home addresses.

  • Other highly sensitive personal information.

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and deletion of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. User Content

“User Content” includes résumés, job descriptions, answers, recordings, transcripts, profile details, background information, prompts, code, documents, and other material you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, display, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and provide the Service.

  • Generate requested AI output.

  • Maintain security and prevent abuse.

  • Troubleshoot and improve the Service.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

  • Fulfill other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit the User Content and grant this license.

You may not submit User Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, threatening, infringing, malicious, or designed to compromise the Service.

10. Confidential and Proprietary Information

You must not upload, disclose, record, transcribe, or process confidential or proprietary information unless you have authorization to do so.

This includes:

  • Trade secrets.

  • Internal company documents.

  • Nonpublic source code.

  • Restricted interview question banks.

  • Personal information belonging to another person.

  • Confidential client or employer information.

  • Information protected by a nondisclosure agreement.

  • Examination or assessment content that you are prohibited from sharing.

We are not responsible for your unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, policy, or third-party right.

  • Commit fraud, impersonation, or identity theft.

  • Misrepresent your skills, credentials, employment history, or identity.

  • Cheat on an examination, certification, academic assignment, or restricted assessment.

  • Record someone without legally required consent.

  • Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious instructions.

  • Probe, scan, test, or compromise the security of the Service.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, automated accounts, or other methods to obtain free credits or bypass restrictions.

  • Resell, sublicense, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.

  • Place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

  • Use AI output to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person.

  • Generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.

  • Remove ownership, copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

  • Use the Service to develop, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Company, or third parties.

12. Credits and Usage Allowances

Some features may operate through credits, allowances, sessions, job slots, question sets, grading limits, résumé uploads, background additions, or similar usage units.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Credits and allowances have no cash value.

  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

  • Credits cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

  • Free or promotional credits may expire.

  • Credits may apply only to specific features.

  • Usage may be deducted when a request is initiated, processed, or completed.

  • Failed requests may or may not be automatically restored depending on the cause of failure.

  • Deleting an account may permanently remove unused credits.

  • Credits purchased through one platform may not be available on another platform where platform rules or technical limitations prevent transfer.

We may change credit costs, feature allowances, or plan limits prospectively.

Changes will not reduce purchased credits already recorded in your account unless required to address fraud, technical errors, refunds, chargebacks, or legal obligations.

13. Free Credits and Promotions

We may offer free credits, trials, discounts, introductory plans, or other promotions.

Promotions may be limited by account, person, device, household, payment method, phone number, email address, geographic location, or other eligibility criteria.

We may revoke promotional benefits when we reasonably believe that a user has:

  • Created duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

  • Used temporary or misleading credentials.

  • Manipulated device or account identifiers.

  • Abused referrals.

  • Attempted to evade eligibility restrictions.

  • Otherwise used a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

14. Purchases

The Service may offer subscriptions, credit packages, or other digital purchases.

Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price and relevant terms through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider.

Prices may vary by:

  • Country or region.

  • Currency.

  • Platform.

  • Taxes.

  • Subscription duration.

  • Promotional eligibility.

  • Changes made by an app marketplace or payment provider.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

We do not directly control app marketplace payment processing, currency conversion, taxes, payment authorization, or billing errors caused by the marketplace.

15. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable app marketplace or payment provider to charge the subscription price, including applicable taxes, at each renewal.

The exact price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features will be displayed before purchase.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the platform where it was purchased, including:

  • Your Apple App Store subscription settings.

  • Your Google Play subscription settings.

  • Another authorized payment provider’s account settings.

Deleting the app or deleting your Interview Land AI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, you may continue using the subscription until the end of the paid billing period.

16. Free Trials

A subscription may include a free or discounted trial.

Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price shown when you enrolled.

Trial eligibility may be limited to new subscribers or to one trial per person, account, device, household, or payment method.

We or the applicable app marketplace may determine trial eligibility and may withdraw or modify trial offers where permitted by law.

17. Refunds

Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another app marketplace are generally subject to that platform’s refund rules and procedures.

You must request marketplace refunds directly from the applicable platform unless otherwise required by law.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a purchase offer:

  • Subscription fees are nonrefundable.

  • Partially used billing periods are not prorated.

  • Used credits are nonrefundable.

  • Unused promotional credits are nonrefundable.

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

18. Changes to Features and Pricing

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature.

We may also change future prices, subscription benefits, usage allowances, supported AI providers, and credit requirements.

We will provide notice when required by law. Changes to subscription pricing will be handled according to the applicable marketplace’s rules.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, AI model, voice capability, question category, or integration will remain available.

19. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third parties, including:

  • Artificial intelligence providers.

  • Cloud hosting providers.

  • Authentication providers.

  • Speech recognition and transcription providers.

  • Analytics and crash-reporting services.

  • Payment processors.

  • Apple App Store and Google Play services.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

We are not responsible for third-party systems, content, availability, security incidents, processing delays, model changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

20. Intellectual Property

The Service, excluding User Content, is owned by or licensed to GPITECH LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes:

  • The Interview Land AI name and branding.

  • Application design and user interface.

  • Software and source code.

  • Graphics, icons, text, prompts, workflows, and databases.

  • Original question organization and presentation.

  • Proprietary evaluation systems and scoring methods.

  • Documentation and marketing materials.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your individual career preparation.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

21. AI Output and Your Use of It

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use AI-generated output produced specifically in response to your submissions for personal interview preparation.

Because AI systems may produce similar or identical output for different users, we do not guarantee that output is unique, original, copyrightable, or free from third-party claims.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the output.

  • Checking its accuracy.

  • Editing it to reflect your real experience.

  • Ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

  • Ensuring any submitted answer complies with applicable interview, assessment, workplace, or academic rules.

You must not present an invented experience, achievement, credential, or skill as true merely because it was suggested by the Service.

22. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, reviews, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

This does not give us ownership of your résumé or other User Content submitted solely to use the Service.

23. Availability and Technical Requirements

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance.

  • Internet or device connectivity.

  • Third-party outages.

  • AI provider limitations.

  • App marketplace issues.

  • Capacity restrictions.

  • Security incidents.

  • Software defects.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Real-time features may experience latency, interrupted audio, incorrect transcription, delayed responses, missing responses, or session termination.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, internet connection, microphone access, and any other equipment needed to use the Service.

Do not rely on the Service as your only source of assistance during a time-sensitive interview or assessment.

24. Beta and Experimental Features

We may label features as beta, preview, early access, experimental, or similar.

These features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unstable, or discontinued without notice. They are provided for testing and evaluation and may be subject to additional limitations.

25. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access when we reasonably believe that:

  • You violated these Terms.

  • Your account creates a security or legal risk.

  • You engaged in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

  • Payment was reversed or disputed.

  • We are required to act by law or a platform provider.

  • Continued access could harm the Company, another user, or a third party.

We may also discontinue the Service or terminate inactive accounts, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting:

progressiveitllc@gmail.com

Termination does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through an app marketplace.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability.

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Accuracy.

  • Reliability.

  • Availability.

  • Non-infringement.

  • Security.

  • Employment success.

  • Interview performance.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • AI output will be accurate or appropriate.

  • Transcriptions will correctly capture speech.

  • Generated answers will satisfy an employer.

  • The Service will be available during a specific interview.

  • Defects will always be corrected.

  • The Service will be free from harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPITECH LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages arising from:

  • Lost employment opportunities.

  • Interview rejection or disqualification.

  • Lost income or profits.

  • Incorrect AI-generated answers.

  • Inaccurate grading or feedback.

  • Recording or consent violations.

  • Loss or disclosure of information.

  • Service interruptions.

  • Account suspension.

  • Reliance on AI output.

  • Third-party services.

  • Unauthorized account access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid for the Service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

  2. Fifty U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPITECH LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.

  • Your User Content.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of another person’s rights.

  • Your unauthorized recording or transcription.

  • Your violation of interview, assessment, employment, or confidentiality rules.

  • Your fraudulent or misleading conduct.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute not subject to arbitration must be brought in a state or federal court located in Virginia, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

30. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at:

progressiveitllc@gmail.com

Your notice should include:

  • Your name.

  • The email address associated with your account.

  • A description of the dispute.

  • The relief you are requesting.

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Either party may begin formal proceedings if the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after receiving written notice.

31. Arbitration Agreement

Please review this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Except for disputes eligible for small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a court trial.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or in person, as permitted by the applicable rules.

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies available in court but may not consolidate claims from multiple users unless all parties agree.

Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to:

progressiveitllc@gmail.com

The notice must be sent within 30 days after you first accept these Terms and must include:

  • Your name.

  • The email address associated with your account.

  • A clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.

32. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.

If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court rather than arbitration.

33. California Residents

California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs regarding unresolved consumer complaints.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under California law or other applicable consumer-protection laws.

34. Apple-Specific Terms

The following terms apply when you download or use the Service through Apple’s App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and GPITECH LLC, not Apple.

  • Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

  • To the extent required by applicable law, Apple may be responsible for refunds relating to a failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty. Apple has no other warranty obligation.

  • GPITECH LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Service.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable provisions against you.

  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Service.

35. Google Play-Specific Terms

The following terms apply when you download or use the Service through Google Play:

  • These Terms are between you and GPITECH LLC, not Google.

  • Google is not responsible for operating or supporting the Service.

  • Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds may be administered through Google Play under Google’s applicable terms.

  • You must comply with Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.

36. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use, export, or access the Service in violation of United States export-control laws, sanctions, or other applicable trade restrictions.

You represent that you are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction and are not listed on a government restricted-party list that legally prevents your use of the Service.

37. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

  • The Service.

  • Our business practices.

  • Applicable laws.

  • Security requirements.

  • Third-party services.

  • App marketplace requirements.

The updated Terms will include a revised “Last Updated” date.

When required, we will provide additional notice through the app, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

38. Electronic Communications

You agree to receive electronic communications relating to your account, transactions, security, legal notices, and the Service.

Electronic notices satisfy legal requirements that communications be provided in writing, where permitted by law.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

39. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset transfer, or sale of the business.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

41. No Waiver

A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase constitute the entire agreement between you and GPITECH LLC concerning the Service.
