Account Deletion – TUNxUSA
TUNxUSA respects users’ privacy and provides the ability to delete your account and associated data.
How to request account deletion
You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:
Option 1 – Inside the App

Open the TUNxUSA app

Go to Profile → Settings → Account Management

Tap Delete Account

Confirm your request
Option 2 – Contact us
If you cannot access your account, email us at:
with the subject Account Deletion Request.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Name and all profile information
-
Email address and phone number
-
Location information
-
Posts and comments
-
Marketplace listings
-
Messages and conversations
-
Profile pictures
Data retention
Some limited information may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
