1. I can’t log in or verify my account

  • Make sure your phone number is correct

  • Check your SMS for the verification code

  • Try again after a few minutes if the code doesn’t arrive

If the issue persists, contact us.

2. I’m not receiving notifications

  • Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone settings

  • Open the app once after installing to activate notifications

  • Check that you are not in “Do Not Disturb” mode

3. How do I edit my profile?

  • Go to the Profile tab

  • Tap Edit Profile

  • Update your information and save

4. How do I report a user or post?

  • Open the user profile or post

  • Tap the menu (β‹―)

  • Select Report

Our team reviews all reports to keep the community safe.

5. How do I delete my account?

  • Go to the Profile tab

  • Tap Settings

  • Select Delete Account

If you can’t find this option, contact support.

6. The app is crashing or not working properly

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app

  • Restart your device

  • Reinstall the app if needed

7. How can I suggest a feature or improvement?
